About this Cocktail

A fav from Death & Co. If you don't have ginger syrup (because, really, who does?) you can use a strong ginger beer. And unless it's a very sweet ginger beer, you'll want to add some sugar to make up for the sweetness from the missing syrup.

Ingredients:
  • 4 raspberries
  • 6 mint leaves
  • 2 oz old overholt rye
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz ginger syrup
Preparation:

Muddle mint and raspberries. Add everything else. Shake with ice and serve in a highball over ice. If you don't want raspberry seeds in your drink, you'll have to double strain it.
