This is my spin on a classic Moscow Mule using Canton Ginger Liqueur. The below recipe is for a double which fits perfectly in my large copper mug.
Add mint and simple syrup to cocktail shaker. Lightly bruise mint. Add all other ingredients to shaker (except ginger beer). Shake with plenty of ice and double strain into a copper mug over fresh ice. Add the ginger beer and stir lightly to incorporate. Garnish with lime wheel and candied ginger.
