Tiki-inspired Portland café tonic. 📸 credit Stephanie Yao Long

Ingredients:
  • .75 oz cold brew extract
  • .75 oz plantation pineapple rum
  • .5 oz Tia Maria
  • .25 oz lime juice
  • 1 tsp Amer picón or Ciociaro
  • 1.5 oz fever tree Mediterranean tonic
Preparation:

Shake and double strain all ingredients except tonic into a chilled collins glass, top 1.5 oz tonic and add pebble or cracked ice. Garnish lime wedge (updated).
