Continuing my search for ways to use Pavan, I came across this gem from BarNotes’ Chipper Farknet. I modified it to use a raspberry vodka because my photographer, boss and wife (all the same person) demand it!
1.5 oz Skyy Raspberry Infusions Vodka
0.75 oz St Germaine Liqueur
0.50 Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
0.50 Pavan Liqueur
Lime Wedge garnish
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until chilled.
Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a lime wedge.
