When I’m in doubt about making a cocktail, I head to the experts where I’m on the fringe of their expertise. I marvel in what & how they create what they do. I normally try to let some time to pass before reshaking one of their cocktails, but when I saw @spiritamarili concoction, I knew I needed to taste it soon.
2 oz Mezcal
1 oz Cointreau
1/2 oz Creme de Coconut 🥥
2 oz Pineapple 🍍 Juice
1/2 oz Lemon 🍋 Juice
Tajin salted rim

Use a piece of lemon to coat the rim of a hurricane glass (Marili used a margarita style glass) and Tajin salt the rim. I like a lot, but if you’re unsure of your guests taste you might only want to salt half the rim.
Add all contents into a blender (I use a Nutri Bullet since the size is more appropriate) along with a cup of ice and blend until thickened.
Pour into rimmed glass and garnish with a CocktailGarnish Co Dehydrated lemon slice and a SurfSideSips glass bamboo straw.
