About this Cocktail

The 1910s bitter classic crossed with the 1850s New Orleans gem, that I mashed up for Negroni Week 2018.

Ingredients:
  • 3/4 oz Gin
  • 3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • 3/4 oz Campari
  • 1/4 oz Curaçao
  • 1/4 oz Maraschino Liqueur
  • 1/4 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters
Preparation:

Shake with ice, strain into a narrow cocktail (or wine) glass rimmed with sugar, and garnish with a long lemon (or orange) twist wrapped around the interior lip.
