Had this delicious little number two years running now while visiting PDX for cocktail week. This time I asked for the recipe.
Ingredients:
1.5 oz London Dry Gin
.75 oz Carpano
.50 oz Campari
.50 oz simple
Whole egg
Preparation:
Add all ingredients to shaker and dry shake for at least 15 seconds. Add ice and shake for as long as you can. 20 seconds at least. Strain into chilled cocktail glass, garnish with orange twist.
