About this Cocktail
A three-way cross between a Negroni and both Don the Beachcomber's and Trader Vic's Navy Grogs. I created this on New Year's Eve for our local Campari rep, Mel, at Our Fathers in Allston, MA (Boston).
1 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
1 oz Alessio Vermouth Di Torino Rosso
1 oz Campari
3/4 oz Grapefruit Juice
3/4 oz Lime Juice
3/4 oz Honey Syrup (1:1)
1/4 oz St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram
Shake with ice, strain into a tall glass with 1 oz soda water, fill with crushed ice, and garnish with an orange wheel, cherry, lime twist flag.
