About this Cocktail

Final drink of the night at June’s Cocktail Club at the Good Spirits Co in Glasgow. A ginless variation on a white negroni.

Ingredients:
  • 25ml Sweetdram Escubac
  • 25ml Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth
  • 12.5ml Suze
  • 12.5ml Gabriel Boudier Créme de Pêche de Vigne
  • 1 dash of saline solution
Preparation:

Add all ingredients to an ice filled mixing glass and stir until chilled and diluted. Strain into an ice filled rocks glass. No Garnish.

    Just the Escubac & can only find it at Astor Wines here in NYC. I have a cocktail on here The Doctors Dilemma I use it in. But best just on the rocks w/ lemon twist.
