About this Cocktail
A gin-forward, more verdant variation on everyone's favorite bitter bevvy.
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Junipero Gin
- .75 oz Gran Classico Bitter
- .75 oz Carpano Antica Sweet Vermouth
- 3 dashes Bitter Queens Eucalyptus Bitters
Preparation:
Stir ingredients over ice. Strain into cocktail glass and garnish with thick strip of lemon zest.
