About this Cocktail
Made this to practice different layering technique. Taste of butterfly pea gin is strong, but not too overpowering. Overall sweet due to other liquors.
Ingredients:
- 1/3 part blue curacao (Vok)
- 1/2 part violet Liquor (Bitter Truth)
- 1/2 part butterfly pea gin (Ink)
- 1/2 part Hpnotiq
- 1 1/2 soda water
- 1/2 part peach schnapps
Preparation:
Sit blue curacao at the bottom of cocktail glass
Mix peach schnapps and soda water, then gently layer it on top of blue curacao.
Proceed to layer violet liquor > Hpnotiq > butterfly pea gin
