About this Cocktail
Classic. It has many variations. Decided to go with a homemade clear ice block. It was pretty easy to make with a small Coleman cooler in the fridge.
2 oz Rye
1 Demerara cube
Angostura Bitters (can use orange bitters)
Orange peel for garnish
Dash of water
Built on old fashioned glass. Add sugar cube and dash plenty of bitters (I go for 3-4 dashes). Muddle sugar cube and add a dash of cold water.
Add Rye and ice rock. Stir until cold. Slice an orange peel and express on glass. Enjoy!
