A classic cocktail that builds on the floral nose and wonderful citrus notes of Willett Pot Still Reserve.

2 oz. Willett Pot Still Reserve
3/4 tspn. light agave nectar
dash of The Bitter Truth Jerry Thomas' Own Decanter Bitters
1 tbspn. water
bourbon vanilla bean (1" strip split lengthwise)
1 Luxardo Italian Maraschino Cherry
1 slice of clementine
In an old fashioned glass, place the vanilla bean in the bottom and muddle all around the inside of the glass.
Add agave nectar, bitters and water.
Stir for 30 seconds.
Add a few ice cubes and the Willett Pot Still Reserve.
Stir gently and top off with a Luxardo Cherry and a slice of clementine.
