About this Cocktail
What a great name for a cocktail with all credit going to @thegarlicenthusiast for creativity & innovation. Quoting Shabri, “It’s low key sweet & refreshing”. I concur.
Note: I added a couple of ice cubes to fill the glass, next time I’ll just increase the volumes 25% or 50% and forego the ice.
2 oz Tanquerey 10 Gin
3/4 oz Fee Brothers Orgeat
3/4 oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon 🍋 Juice
1/8 tsp Rose Water (original recipe calls for 1/4 tsp)
6 raspberries muddling
3 raspberries garnish
Combine all but the raspberry garnish into a cocktail shaker and muddle 6 raspberries.
Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously until chilled and double strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with 3 raspberries on a cocktail pick.
