About this Cocktail
From the menu I created for Jim Beam Brands at the MCC Gala.
2oz Knob Creek
1/2oz Merlet Creme de Poire Williams
1/2oz Simple Syrup (1:1)
3/4oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Barspoon Applesauce
Fresh Grated Cinnamon
Add all ingredients to a mixing tin. Add ice and shake. Double strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with a Cinnamon Stick.
