45 ml (1.5 oz) tequila
15 ml (0.5 oz) Earl Grey Syrup
20 ml (2/3 oz) lemon juice
15 ml Peach or Apricot liqueur
15 ml Cointreau or Curaçao
(Optional) sugar snap pea for garnish
(Optional) mint sprig (smacked) for garnish
Salt for rimming glasses
Shake liquids hard in shaker. Rim double old fashioned glass with salt (you can moisten the rim with a lemon you squeezed for juice). (Optional) Put ice in rimmed glass. Pour out shaker into glass being careful not to mess up the salt rim. Garnish.
