About this Cocktail
Experimenting with Solbeso, the new cacao spirit, and have found it to be incredibly versatile. I wanted to make something a little lighter and more floral with it.
1oz 18.21 Bitters Lavender Sea Salt Syrup
1oz Lemon Juice
3 Pippets 18.21 Bitters Grapefruit Lavender Bitters
Shake all ingredients and strain into rocks glass over large ice cube or sphere. Garnish with Lavender Sprig.
