About this Cocktail

Inspired by Björk & French 75's. Bikir is an Icelandic birch tree snaps. The mineral notes in the Reyka and Txakolina blend beautifully.

Ingredients:
  • 1 oz Reyka Vodka
  • 1 oz Bikir Snap
  • .5 oz Txakolina Syrup
  • .5 oz lemon juice
  • 1 oz sparkling wine
Preparation:

Combine Reyka, Bikir, Txakolina syrup and lemon juice. Shake, double strain, top off with bubbles.

Glassware: Coupe

Garniah: Sugar-coated birch twigs.
Dip twigs into egg whites. Coat in sugar and bake for 1 hour at 250 degrees.

Txakolina Syrup:
2 parts sugar, 1 part txakolina wine.
