Paloma

About this Cocktail

This is my version of the Paloma after testing various grapefruit sodas. I've found that the best grapefruit sodas are Jarritos and San Pellegrino. And mixing them together is fantastic.

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Espolon Reposado
• 1 oz ruby red grapefruit juice
• 1 pinch kosher salt
• 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
• 1/4 oz light agave nectar
• 2 oz Jarritos grapefruit soda
• 2 oz San Pellegrino grapefruit soda
• Lime wheel and grapefruit peel garnish

Preparation:

Add all ingredients except grapefruit soda directly into Collins glass. Add ice into glass. Stir with a barspoon until well chilled. Top with the grapefruit soda and stir lightly to incorporate. Garnish with lime wheel and grapefruit peel.
