A month or so ago, imbibe magazine highlighted this drink of Shannon Mustipher of Glady’s in Brooklyn. A riff on the Banana Daquiri, it’s typically presented in a coupe, with these ingredients I had to go Tiki along with changing up the rum variety.
1 oz Bacardi Rum
1/2 oz Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
1/2 oz Cruzan Pineapple Rum
3/4 oz Banana Liqueur
3/4 oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
1/4 oz Pineapple Juice
Lime Slice Garnish
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and fill with ice.
Shake vigorously until well chilled and strain into a chilled Tiki glass.
Garnish with nutmeg, a lime slice (and an umbrella if inclined).
