About this Cocktail
Made this drink up based and it came out so good I thought I'd put it on BarNotes!
Ingredients:

2 oz demarera rum (El Dorado 5 Yr)

.5 oz lemon juice

.5 oz ginger liquor (Barrow "Intense")

2 dashes Orange bitters (Fee Brothers West Indian)

1 tsp peach and cardamom jam (The Good Stuff)

Indian curry powder (Spice House Maharajah style)
Preparation:
Shake everything but the curry powder over ice, strain into a coupe. Dust with just a little curry powder. Lemon peel optional.
