Sheilagh modified a elder pear Collins drink

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Breckinridge Pear Vodka
  • 1 oz Royal Riviera Pear Purée
  • .5 oz Lemon Juice
  • .5 oz St. Germaine Elderflower Liqueur
  • .5 oz Simple Syrup
  • 6 drops Strongwater Sweet Riza Bitters
  • Splash of seltzer, if preferred
Preparation:

Place ingredients in shaker with ice and “shake it like you mean it.” Pour into chilled coupe glass rimmed with yellow sugar. Garnish with lemon peel and a dash of Penzey’s cinnamon.
