About this Cocktail
One of the drinks for my Bar's Whiskey Wednesday this month!
30ml Boutiquey Whisky peatside blend
20ml homemade spiced Pineapple syrup
25ml Lemon juice
20ml Egg white
2 dashes Peach bitters
Add all ingredients to a shaker, dry shake then shake with ice, double strain into a sours glass!
