About this Cocktail

One of the drinks for my Bar's Whiskey Wednesday this month!

Ingredients:
  • 30ml Boutiquey Whisky peatside blend
  • 20ml homemade spiced Pineapple syrup
  • 25ml Lemon juice
  • 20ml Egg white
  • 2 dashes Peach bitters
Preparation:

Add all ingredients to a shaker, dry shake then shake with ice, double strain into a sours glass!
