About this Cocktail

Co-founder of the Good Spirits Co. Matthew McFadyen in Glasgow came up with this drink at this years Christmas Cocktail Club.

Ingredients:
  • 15ml Duc De Normandie Calvados
  • 15ml Gifford Poire William Liqueur
  • 10ml Mira la Mar Pedro Ximenez Sherry
  • 10ml Cynar
  • 10ml Lemon Juice
  • 2 dashes Bitter Truth Aromatic Bitters
  • 1 dash Saline Solution
  • Hogans Libertine Cider to top
Preparation:

Add everything but the cider to an ice filled shaker and shake. Double strain into a chilled flute then top with cider. Garnish with a lemon twist.
