Yankee fans take heed... Basically a Martinez with rum, this recipe is from Rum Club in Portland, OR, as shown to me by Dan Stone. The Maraschino liqueur balances out nicely with the dark rum.
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass, add ice and stir.
Serve in a rocks with 1 large cube or up in a chilled coupe.
