Ingredients:
  • 2.5 oz smoky scotch
  • 0.75 oz honey syrup
  • 0.5 oz lemon juice
  • 1 oz ginger liqueur (domaine de canton)
Preparation:

Honey syrup - mix hot water with room temperature honey in a 1:1 ratio.

Mix all ingredients with ice, shake, and strain into a glass with a single large ice cube.

    Delicious! I made it with Famous Grouse as that is the only scotch I have in at the moment, and Barrow's ginger liqueur (no relation).
