About this Cocktail

2 oz blended scotch
3/4 oz lemon juice
10ml honey syrup
10ml sweetened ginger juice
1/4 oz Islay scotch
Combine all but the Islay scotch in a tin, briefly shake on cracked ice. Strain over one large rock, float the Islay over the top. Garnish with candied ginger.
[I used a 1:1 ratio of Laphroig:Laddie10 for the float.]
