About this Cocktail

A low proof improv inspired by the Dolin Blanc Cobbler (that featured raspberries and lemon) that I had at Bellocq in NOLA back in 2015.

Ingredients:
  • 2 1/2 oz Punt e Mes
  • 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
  • 3/4 oz Orgeat
  • 1 medium Strawberry
Preparation:

Muddle strawberry, add rest, shake with ice, and double strain into a Collins glass. Fill with crushed ice, add a straw, and garnish with a strawberry fan.
