Eric Castro’s herbal piña colada sibling.
1.5 oz Green Chartreuse
1.5 oz fresh pineapple juice
.75 oz cream of coconut
.5 oz lime juice
1 cup crushed ice
Garnish: mint sprig
Combine all ingredients except garnish in blender, and blend until smooth (at least 30 seconds). Pour u strained into double old fashion or tiki glass. Garnish with mint sprig.
