About this Cocktail
Twist on a Pisco Sour recipe, made at The Blue Pig, Manchester
25ml Lemon juice
15ml Elderflower syrup
1 egg white
Bar spoon of honey
Pernod Absinthe rinse
Dash Peychaud bitters
Rinse a chilled stemmed glass in Pernod Absinthe, dry shake then wet shake ingredients in a mixing glass, pour then rim with lemon and dash bitters for garnish!
