About this Cocktail
Stone fruits in season these late summer months and those nectarines looked too good to pass up. Semisweet and wonderfully floral.
1.5 oz London Dry Gin
.5 oz Luxardo
.25 oz Aperol
.75 oz nectarine simple syrup
.5 oz lemon
Sprig of mint
5 drops Boss Lady Floral Bitters
Muddle mint, nectarine syrup in mixing glass. Add your booze and lemon juice. Shake away. Double strain into coupe glass. Garnish with nectarine slice, bayleaf.
