About this Cocktail
A slight twist on a classic for the festive period.
Ingredients:
- 50ml H by Hine VSOP
- 15ml Creme de Cacao
- 25ml Plum Purée
- 50ml cream
- Egg White
Preparation:
Throw all ingredients into a glass and shake, double strain into glass and garnish with shaved plum and walnut
