2 oz. Ramos Pinto Duoro Valley White Port
.75 oz. Jack Rudy Tonic Syrup
1 dash Bittermens hopped grapefruit bitters
Measure port, tonic syrup, and bitters into a rocks glass and stir to mix. Full to 3/4 with soda and then fill remaining space with ice and garnish with a wide swath of orange peel.
