About this Cocktail
Adopted from Powderhouse by Frederick Yarm. The substitution of bourbon for the rye makes a slightly more mellow drink.
Ingredients:

3/4 oz Elijah Craig small batch bourbon

3/4 oz El Dorado 12 yr aged rum

1/2 oz Swedish punsch

1/2 oz crime de cocoa

1/2 oz lemon juice
-
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Preparation:
Shake all ingredients over ice. Strain into coup glass. Garnish with lemon peel.
