About this Cocktail
This is my take on a Negroni. I substituted Aperol for Campari and Montenegro for my sweet vermouth and added a little black walnut Bitters.
40 mL (1.25 Oz) St. George Dry Rye Gin
30 mL (1.0 Oz) Aperol
22mL (.75 Oz) Amaro Montenegro
3 Drops Fee Brothers Black Walnut Bitters
Garnish with tobacco leaf and lime twist skewered
Add ingredients to mixing glass. Stir or throw for dilution.Strain into rocks glass over sphere ice. Garnish on rim with skewer.
