About this Cocktail

Created at Roka aldwych. Name means lavender in japanese.

Ingredients:
  • 50 ml of Bulleit Bourbon
  • 60 ml of cooked apricot purée and caramel syrup
  • 40 ml of blackberry and lavender syrup
  • 2 dash of barrel aged bitters
Preparation:

Shake hard and serve in a japanese crayware, garnish with lavender and smoke a cinnamon stick when ready to serve.
