About this Cocktail
Created at Roka aldwych. Name means lavender in japanese.
50 ml of Bulleit Bourbon
60 ml of cooked apricot purée and caramel syrup
40 ml of blackberry and lavender syrup
2 dash of barrel aged bitters
Shake hard and serve in a japanese crayware, garnish with lavender and smoke a cinnamon stick when ready to serve.
