Raspberry Daiquiri

About this Cocktail

You can make this frozen in a blender or you could dress the martini glass rim with sugar — I’ve done neither and opted for the classical approach. Note, I’ve added a splash of raspberry syrup for more pronounced color & sweetness.

Ingredients:
  • 10 Raspberries (muddling)
  • 1/2 oz Triple Sec (or other Orange Liqueur) optional
  • 2 oz Bacardi White Rum
  • 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
  • Splash Liberco Raspberry Gum Syrup
  • Raspberry & Cocktail Garnish Co Dehydrated Lime Slice Garnish
Preparation:

Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and muddle the raspberries.

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until chilled. Double strain (unless you prefer raspberry clumps) into a chilled martini glass.

Garnish with a dehydrated lime slice & single raspberry on a SurfSideSips cocktail pick.
