You can make this frozen in a blender or you could dress the martini glass rim with sugar — I’ve done neither and opted for the classical approach. Note, I’ve added a splash of raspberry syrup for more pronounced color & sweetness.
10 Raspberries (muddling)
1/2 oz Triple Sec (or other Orange Liqueur) optional
2 oz Bacardi White Rum
3/4 oz Simple Syrup
1 oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
Splash Liberco Raspberry Gum Syrup
Raspberry & Cocktail Garnish Co Dehydrated Lime Slice Garnish
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and muddle the raspberries.
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until chilled. Double strain (unless you prefer raspberry clumps) into a chilled martini glass.
