About this Cocktail
Riff on Clover Club Cocktail for Valentine’s Day.
1 1/2 ounce London dry gin
3/4 ounce raspberry syrup*
3/4 ounce aquafaba
1/2 ounce lime juice
1/4 ounce extra-dry vermouth
1 dropper Portland Bitters Project rose bitters
Dried rose petals, organic, food-safe
Place all but rose petals into shaker and reverse dry shake.
Strain into coupe glass.
Garnish with rose petals. If using egg white, you may need to spray or drop more bitters to bring rose fragrance towards.
