About this Cocktail

A play on the original "Ramos Fizz", a great brunch cocktail with added dryness thanks to the edition of brut champagne instead of soda water.

Ingredients:
  • 2oz Old Tom Gin
  • 6 drops Orange Blossom Water
  • 1/2oz Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 raw Egg White
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1oz Simple Syrup
  • Brut Champagne
  • Nutmeg
Preparation:

Add ingredients into cocktail shaker, shake diligently, add to large glass and top off with brut champagne. Add light ice and lightly spread nutmeg on cocktail and serve.
