About this Cocktail

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz. blanco , jalapeno-infused
  • .75 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • .5 oz Yellow Chartreuse
  • .5 oz St. Germain
  • .25 oz Simple Syrup
  • Red bell pepper
  • Thai basil
  • 1 Bar spoon black pepper
Preparation:

Take a handful of red bell pepper, Thai basil and muddle with black ground pepper, simple syrup, and lemon juice. Add the remaining ingredients and shake over ice. Strain through a mesh strainer into a chilled coupe.
