About this Cocktail

Ingredients:
  • 1 oz Amaro Meletti
  • 0.75 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 0.75 oz Lime Juice
  • 0.25 oz Campari
  • 0.25 oz Demerara Syrup
  • 1 oz Cold-Brew Coffee
  • Pinch Maldon Sea Salt
  • Garnish: Cinnamon Stick
Preparation:

In a shaking tin, combine all ingredients except garnish and shake with ice. Strain onto a mound of crushed ice. Garnish with a cinnamon stick inserted between the ice and side of the glass.

Demerara Syrup:
1 Cup Demerara Sugar
1 Cup Water

Boil for 3 minutes
