About this Cocktail

A creation for my mum for Mother’s Day

Ingredients:
  • 30ml Edinburgh Gin - Pomegranate & rose liqueur
  • 40ml Edinburgh Gin
  • 35ml egg white
  • 30ml simple syrup
  • 20 pomegranate seeds
Preparation:

Add ingredients to shaker and muddle pomegranate seeds lightly, reverse dry shake and serve up into a coupe glass rimmed with crushed pistachios, spritz lemon oils from zest over foam and garnish with rose petals.
