About this Cocktail

Its not a cocktail for once! Its a syrup, and it might work quite well with summer drinks!

  • Clementines (8)
  • Rosemary (8 bunches)
  • Cherry Heering (120 ml)
  • Orange Bitters (10 dash)
  • Sugar (500 grams)
  • Water (1 litre)

Cut the clementines in quarters, cook them slowly for 2-3 min, add the liquor, then the rosemary, cook for 2 more minute, add the water, let it boil, then add the sugar, wait the sugar all diluted. Strain in a bottle, keep the fruits in a jar, when you seal add the bitters on the top (keep them for garnish).

  • Peter Bodenheimer
I've been making shrubs lately, so will have to add those recipes as well.
