About this Cocktail
Tribute to my Spanish roots with a caribbean pitstop.
Ingredients:

1.5 oz Appleton rum (12 yr)

1 oz Lustao amontillado sherry

1 oz Gran Duque D'Alba brandy de jerez

.5 oz licor 43
-
1 barspoon St. Elizabeth allspice dram

2 dashes of Angostura
Preparation:
Add all to a mixing glass and stir with ice.
Strain into a chilled glass.
press lemon oil over the rim and garnish with the peel.
