Ingredients:
- 1oz Matusalem 15 Year
- 1oz faux Burgundy wine (Australian Unoaked Chardonnay)
- 1/2oz Suze
- 1/2oz Cocchi Americano
- Yellow grapefruit twist (discard)
Preparation:
Stir all ingredients and strain into a small, chilled, white wine glass.
Spray over the oils of a yellow grapefruit and discard.
