Inspired by an extremely hot day.

Ingredients:
  • 1Barspoon Apricot Preserves
  • 1/2oz. Lemon Juice
  • 3 Dashes Peach Bitters
  • 2oz. Rum (Aged or Golden)
  • Ginger Beer
Preparation:

Makes 1. Shake, chill, strain and coupe. Top with Ginger Beer. Express lemon oils and garnish with lemon. Cheers!
