This months Cocktail Club at The Good Spirits Co. in Glasgow was taken over by Harry Olorunda from Emporia brands. He started the night sting with this excellent Rum Old Fashioned which was my personal favourite of the night.
40ml Chairman’s Reserve Rum
20ml RinQuinQuin à la Pêche
5ml Apricot Brandy
5ml Bernard Lisou Peach & Hibiscus
Lime wheel soaked in angostura Bitters
Add all ingredients to an ice filled mixing glass and stir. Place angostura soaked lime slice into the bottom of a rocks glass and fill with ice. Strain the drink into the rocks glass and garnish with an expressed orange twist.
