Evocative of fall here in the Santa Ynez Valley- think fresh-picked Pinot Noir and baking spices.
1.5 oz Carpano Antica
1.5 oz Punt e Mes
.75 oz fresh orange juice
.5 oz Pinot Noir syrup (recipe below)
Shake all ingredients together; strain into a coupe glass. Express orange oils through flame over glass.

- 2:1:1 Pinot Noir, Sugar, and Water
- Bring to a boil
