About this Cocktail
A whiskey sour variation that perfectly suits the transition into fall. An Autumn Sour if you will.
2 oz Buffalo Trace bourbon
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz Draught Cider (Bold Rock used here)
1/2 oz Sage infused simple syrup
1/4 oz honey syrup
Healthy dash Angostura
2 -3 Sage leaf garnish
Combine all ingredients in shaker with ample ice and shake briskly. Strain into old fashioned glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a couple fresh sage leaves.
