About this Cocktail

This is a pisco variation of a margarita with a little ancho Reyes kick on the finish. It's named after my favorite Jack Kerouac character.

Ingredients:
  • .5 agave nectar
  • .75 lime juice
  • 1 papaya juice
  • .75 ancho Reyes chili liqueur
  • 1.5 pisco
  • Dash of peychauds
Preparation:

Measure ingredients into shaker, fill with ice and shake. Strain into a rocks glass, garnish with a lime wheel.
